Raffaele Cerulli is a full professor of Operations Research in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Salerno. Raffaele covers the position of Director of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Salerno and is a member of the scientific committee of UMI (Italian Mathematical Union). Raffaele is also a Board Member of the Italian Association for Operations Research (AIRO), covering the role of President of AIRO since January 2024.

Her expertise was developed during her PhD and post-doctoral work at leading research centers in Italy and abroad, focusing on specific diseases. As a registered Biologist, she applies and advances DMA to keep it aligned with current scientific advancements.
